Do Robots Dream? [session 30]

Right... I'm going to try and add some method to the madness here by programming the ships computer to auto upload a new Do Robots Dream session to my MixCloud portal every couple of months. With a large number of tunes saved ready for future sessions (around 50 as I type) I'll resist the temptation to promise monthly sessions, if only because it takes me a couple of days to lay down the mix and prepare the artwork, all on top of the hectic ship schedule...

So Session 30 is now up and can be enjoyed via the MixCloud link below:

So enjoy my friends...

Transmissions via Mixcloud

I'm now able to upload my mixes to Mixcloud... so as a result, you will soon be able to listen to them either all via this excellent portal here or on your mobile IoS/Android equipped devices using the Mixcloud app. I intend to upload all of the "Do Robots Dream?" sessions over the next few months, so watch this space...

I'm also working on session 026 as I type, and because I have a large selection of tunes, session 027 may follow soon after

Musical inspiration...

If any of you were wondering where I find the tunes I decided to use in these mixes, try checking out the various streams found via Digitally Imported. You can listen to low res streams with adverts for free, but for a measly $7 a month, you can have access to 320k MP3 and 128k AAC advert free streams... several of the channels (including chillout, chillout dreams , vocal chillout) are the soundtrack to my daily life and provide the inspiration for the tunes I use.

I still also listen to a couple of streams on SomaFM with Groove Salad and Space Station Soma tickling my fancy more often than not...

Once I have a list of 20-30 tunes, I then set about locating them... and a vast majority of the tunes used on Digitally Imported appear on the Beatport roster... so they are bought and downloaded from there.

This and all my other mixes can now be downloaded via Soulseek, but please be very much aware that given the time it takes a signal to reach earth from the edge of the outer rim, access to the ships databanks via that platform will be decidedly sketchy. A fault in the AE35 antenna steering unit is due for EVA repair any day soon....

Usual important disclaimer:
These mixes are put together purely for my own enjoyment and not for any financial gain. Please support all the artists featured by purchasing their material from official sources...
